Hello!

To the bullet-catching donut-munchers of the world, the circumstances are irrelevant. Public urination is public urination, which, in my neck of the woods, and one can get one labeled a sex offender. With the economy as it is, becoming a registered sex offender makes one pretty much unemployable.

Warn him, and if he continues in this reckless behavior, give him the heave-ho, and move on.

In the UK it often depends on the circumstances in which you're caught and how you act once you're caught that makes the real difference.
