I try to make myself as happy as possible, despite the fact that, really, there is no "why" to my existence.

The only reason why I'm here is because my mother and father made me.

I have no illusions as to any "purpose" which justifies my existence.

I try to live morally. I try to be decent to people. It's because I think it's right, not because I was preordained in any way to be some saint or something.

Yep me too, I revel in the fact that I'm free to do pretty much as I like. Play my guitar, take a walk in the park, do some sums or muck around with Unity. I say to myself "Life's good"
