I have a very unhealthy eating habit.I wake at 12ish and drink coffee and suck on cough drops the whole time I am awake.I eat one meal a day, usually some chinese or soup, salad and sandwhich between 6-8pm(then fall asleep for several hours) and then maybe some beef jerky, high fiber bar and something sweet a 4 hours later.Sometimes I remember to take a vitamen. It's no wonder I feel tired all the time.I have lived healthier before but have been doing this for the past few years and it's become a hard habit to break.

I find that skipping lunch helps keep me awake and avoid the afternoon crash that I usually experience if I had eaten it.

However my parents insist I have 3 meals a day, so it's only on occasions when they're away in which I can skip 1 meal.

Very interesting.
Many times I felt dizzy when I ingest too much calories (particularly when I eat past and meat), and feel better when I'm in a diet on calorie restriction. I mean dizzy\better "sensory", the same way you told.
Definitely I need to think about it again and try to change my habits. I think I could fast twice a month, and avoid meals too fat.
Not easy, but I have found that some things that may help me feel better are not easy but worth it.
