That could have deadly results if you actually are awake

Just as when tripping on LSD, always attempt take-off from the ground. (It's really more of a levitation thing anyway.)

I like to pay attention when dead people I know talk to me in dreams. For one thing, their presence is comforting. For another, I ususally get good advice from them.

Yeah, flying/levitation in dreams is the shiznit. 8)

Life is but a dream, sha boom.

I had a very strange dream the other night, in which I actually was a peacock. Probably it was in my mind from talking about them in another thread. I wondered if that's what it really feels like to be a peacock? Hmm...I'll never know, but it was fun while it lasted. :)

it may sound silly, but keeping a dream journal can really help you with your dream recall. aftr I have a dream I wake up turn on my bed lamp and write it down in my notebook. I recall more and more all the time. sometimes I have false awakenings where I try to turn on my lamp and it wont go on or isn't the same lamp... then I go lucid 8)

Yes, a dream journal can be really interesting. I've kept one for about 15 years. I don't write down every one, but ones that feel important, or have mythological themes, or involve the same 'cast of characters' that crop up regularly. I find the symbolism in dreams very interesting too.

Stars shining bright above you
Night breezes seem to whisper "I love you"
Birds singing in the sycamore tree
Dream a little dream of me
:D

I had a dream that I had a child who was born with so many problems that the doctor said, "Your child will never do anything, but could be useful as a medical experiment." Naturally, I got mad.

I also had a dream that I adopted a Lynx point Siamese cat who comes around to our neighborhood every so often. I named him Roger.

*Sings*

Sweet dreams till sunbeams find you
Sweet dreams that leave all worries behind you
But in your dreams whatever they be
Dream a little dream of me

Is there such a cat in real life? Perhaps that will happen then. :)

Something I dream about a lot is being late for something. It might be to catch a bus or train, to meet someone, or something else. But things come up, I hesitate, I get lost, time moves faster, and I never seem able to get there before I wake up.

I got the picture from an art group I used to belong to.

Last night I dreamed that a bear was trying to get into my house. I keep trying to get it to leave without much success. It was a very grouchy bear.

Oh that's a good one. I suspect the bear has a message for you.
