i do it all the time
i hate it
i post something that i think is interesting or relevant or important to the discussion and then noone replies to what i said
it makes me think that nobady else thinks that what i have to say is important
doesnt exactly help my self confidence

It always makes me wonder what I've done to offend people. I read and re-read everything I post to try and cut out anything that might offend or bore other people, but it certainly doesn't always work.

It's the same IRL - I've just learned to live with it now, but it can still be discouraging.

Anyway, I think from what I've seen, we'll never be allowed to kill this thread ... I've tried hard enough and still haven't lol

Anyone delete posts if no-one replies for a bit? (I know, it goes against the whole Threadkilling ethos :oops:) I've been doing that lately. I'll leave this one though. :)

Not often - I tend to ignore a lot of my posts if I feel they were daft or if there's no-one replying on that thread. Out of sight, out of mind :D

It could be seen as cheating - or....extraordinary generosity. Allowing someone else the privilege of killing the thread. :)
