My daily driver is an 09 Ranger 2.3 5 speed longbed with a.c. and a frame hitch. Its the 40th vehicle I have owned. I bought it a year ago with 2,400 miles on it for $12,600. The list:
2009 Ranger 2.3 5 speed longbed with a.c. and its white. Daily driver.
2004 Ranger 2.3 5 speed longbed with a.c. and its white. Backup vehicle.
1994 F250 HD 300-6, ZF 5 speed longbed, and its white. Needs a clutch.
1993 F150 300-6, 5 speed longbed and its white. I will scrap it this year.
My name "Ford302" is from my first vehicle which was a 79 Mustang Indy Pace car with a 302 and a 4 speed. It was a fancy and quick car but minimum wage wasn't enough income to keep the car maintained.

Zero.

I don't even think there's a toy car in our home.

I can walk anywhere I need to go in less than an hour. Bus or subway can often get me there faster.

Car would just be a burden. Gotta pay to buy it. Gotta pay to park it, Gotta pay to run it.

i've never lived anyplace where i could get to where i needed to go in less than an hour of walking each way. without a car, i'd need to go shopping for food every day, as there is no way i'd be able to haul several bags of food home in one walking trip, at least not without a shopping cart to take home with me. the only people who can get by without a car must live in the city.

One: 2001 Nissan Almera. Great car, never had a problem with it. I'd like to get Alfa Romeo 159 if I could afford it.

I have a car and two cars in law.

I own a Peugeot Partner Combi MPV, which is the Peugeot branding of a Citroen Berlingo Multispace

My wife has 2 cars, she recently got a new Toyota iQ.

Previously she drove a Smart City Coupe, which we kept. So she owns it, but I drive it and enjoy using it more than the MPV which I only use if I need more than 2 seats and can't use the iQ.

Is this total cars or cars that are road legal and insured? 3 road legal and another 3 or 4 in various staged of being modified or stripped for parts.
My daily driver is a Rover 200VI. One of the very few 'sleeper' hot hatches. It looks like a standard Eurobox shopping trolley but goes like a rocket, which suits me perfectly.
The other two are toys and are mostly of my own construction, with just enough of the original parts to satisfy the registration rules.

That I do own :) Well, the saddle is luxurious anyway. Genuine leather, three springs, absorbs every bump in the road. The bike was rather cheap. I don't like to do a lot of maintenance work and rather buy a new cheap city bike every 3 or 4 years. But the saddle will last me a lifetime.

i'm a big fan of Giant bikes, i own a hybrid [half electric bike] and a suede GX model, that is more comfy over the rough and bumpy country roads that i have to ride it on. the hybrid comes in handy when i ride over 10 miles, my old legs need some TLC at that point. i can't afford to get bikes every 3-4 years as they cost too much here for anything modern and lightweight. so i keep fixing the bikes i have. i used to own a Bikee FX semi-recumbent all-terrain bike, that was sweet but i had to sell it when i was short of fundage. damn, it is a rarity now that they went belly-up.

None. My attempts to learn to drive were less than successful, and my official diagnosis now makes it difficult to even get a learner's permit, so most likely I'll never own a car.

It's no big deal though. Public transport will take me most anywhere I need to go, and I can handle the occasional taxi fare for when it won't.

I do own a bicycle, but I only ever seemed to get around to using it when there was a bus driver strike four years ago.
