IDK... find the whole list and work your way down to something you enjoy doing, I guess.

I look back over 60 years and find a very full life - a lot of sadness and a lot of happiness, in the main I have had a good life.

There are regrets but then these became learning experiences.

The mind, well I get TIAs and had a stroke and lost my speech, so I am learning Russian.

Age is an attitude of mind: at 50 I am a teenager, at 100 I am middle aged and at 200 I may think about shuffling off my mortal coil.

I read a piece this morning that said high blood sugar levels - whether or not you're diabetic - raised the risk of dementia. So keep up the exercise and keep a tight rein on your diet. I've seen no research to date that links autism to losing your mind. And my dad's 86 and still in fine mental condition. The poor sod's been an unknowing autistic all his life, that's all.

You're being social now, aren't you Auntblabby? Conversing online must activate some part of our social minds.

I'm no expert, but I'm having a conversation with another human being and that feels good. I'm thinking about what you said and you're thinking about what I said so we're getting some good brain exercise :-)
