OMG the pictures are AWESOME! I'm so glad you guys posted all these - they totally take my mind off my pain! I only looked at the first few and I now have something to look forward to- looking at all the rest of them!

I'll take some time later to contribute more, but here's my favorite picture of my dead grandmother and my oldest daughter at age one. This is the only time I can remember my grandma smiling (she was evil till she got Alzheimers at which point she became the most wonderful, loving person - the magic of strokes and dementia works in mysterious ways!)

This one cracks me up because the placement of the newspaper clipping and the photo were coincidental. The monk seal is my youngest daughter and the baby seal is my nephew:
(BTW we have since replaced the fridge with a rust-proof one LOL)

That sounds like a decent job. I'm guessing you don't have to make a whole lot of small talk with people. That's what my husband likes about his job, not many people.

We have an SCA here but I always chicken out of getting involved with any groups.

This is a 20 second video of my non verbal 20-month old at the playground (no sound, sorry, I need to get a digital camera that takes longer clips with sound).

That's what they say.
It is both good and bad..

Flakey is 5 years older than me.
I am sure i wll end up catching up all at once...lookswise...mentally I am a tad stuck.
All the teenagers I reluctantly boss around when they play at my place must think I am closer to their age instead of old enough to be their teacher.
When I was living in New Orleans, I got carded alot.

Lucy on her back and Jack the cat. The IRA number isn't Irish Republican Army. My fist clenched and my hand firmly against my head, yup, that's how I sleep. I got this one in my mail last night. The Wife seems to think these are funny, wierd woman.
