I don't post for a few days and the whole thread goes to pot

Some of you from the UK might remember "That's Life" used to show pics of interesting vegetables ...

The Mods probably don't venture in here often - the younger ones probably think that us old folks are too busy drawing our pensions to be causing trouble ...

Robin's getting a bit irritating at times - even Guy's treating Marion better now And who'd've thought Allan-a-Dale would turn out so dodgy

I might have to change my avvie to the Sheriff - I reckon he's still the best character.

no carrots are not embarrassing, it's the thoughts people have behind it
at the most they are funny, especially if you grow carrots yourself cause they are funny all the time, i've got pictures of funny tomatos too, not sure where cause it's a while ago,

'Rude' shaped vegetables do make me laugh, lol. But I thought it best to remove it, I'm never quite sure what's OK at a forum and what's not. I didn't want to make anyone I have a rather 'robust' sense of humour, lol.
Carrots grow in odd shapes because their roots hit stones in the ground and have to grow round them I suppose, like parsnips etc. How this doesn't happen so much in supermarket produce I don't know. Perhaps they do but they supermarkets won't accept them. Carrot fascists!!

One thing that puzzles me though, is why Robin keeps letting Allan-a-Dale go. He tries to kill Robin nearly every week and the outlaws just let him walk away.
