I don't know how to relax. I'm anxious (at some level) all the time unless I'm drunk. >.<

No. I refuse to get on any more medication. They tend to screw me up more than help.

Simply being aware of your breath can help you regulate anxiety. From time to time, take stock of your breathing, and let it be natural and full... let any tension leave your body. Maybe spend 5, 10, 25 or more breaths every now and then just breathing.

Then I have no suggestions. My anxiety isn't exactly under control, either.

Hopefully, I'll remember. I usually don't. >.<

Never had the opportunity to try it out, one of the things I regret, wouldn't know where to start today, and I assume most girls wouldn't wanna give it a go with an almost 25 year old guy who never had any kind of sexual relationship, and things like a prostitute... not even if I had the money (let's see how I think about it when I'm 30).

Wouldn't wanna give it a go, man, I've never thought I'd use that kind of language to describe the reproductive act.

I really need to keep a closer eye on this forum. This is not the Adult forum.

In-depth intelligent discussion for the older adults who have been living independently. It's recommended that you are age 30 and up and have the experience of living independently or in long-term partnerships. Adults younger than 30 can participate but we ask that you respect the maturity level of this forum.
