I can't help it, I love books, mainly old books but any nice book that I would like to read will seduce me

Lately I have been buying books and boardgames online at a great wee outfit in Auckland.

I suspect I am developing a compulsive/addictive habit

It's too easy and the anticipation lasts so long between committing to the purchase and taking delivery of the goods.

The only drawback is the absence of the sensual component a good second hand book shop offers.

Oh well no-one gets hurt and I still eat properly and pay my bills.

Honestly, if you can go cold turkey for awhile it will help.

If you get habituated to the high, you'll need more and more to feel the same--and then it does get expensive.

One month on, one month off.
