Hi Guys :)

I've been reading some really helpful things in some of these forums and thought I'd share some of mine back to you and hopefully learn more.

I know that when I get up in the morning, the first three steps are what make or break my day. I need to wake up, wander out to my little veranda and sit with a coffee in silence for a few minuets and stare at the trees then hit my laptop for an hour or so, then feast. I make sure I eat a meal of a god (or try to) before I leave home or do anything strenuous. It needs protein and a good dense bread and normally spinach. I believe FOOD IS MEDICINE and live by and learn with that.

After that I make a small pot of scull cap herbal tea to nurture my nervous system and get it all relaxed and strong for the day ahead. I feel grounded when I do this and am confident that my body has all it needs to handle a case of over stimulation.

I am a magnesium fan also, its a muscle relaxant to ease stress of shopping centers or alot of people in my face. I take a multi vitamin with loads of C and B's to help rebuild my cells and then snack on protein throughout the day. If I'm with friends, at work or with people for a long time, I'll need to take breaks. Time outs for myself to just ground and calm and breathe.

I eliminate as much additives, artificial sweeteners and processed foods as I can.

Does anyone else have anything that helps them?

Cheers, love and light

Phaerie.

I went on 5 day all fresh juice fast and I've never felt so clear and calm. It was totally amazing! At the end of my fast, I was actually worried that going back to solid food would depress me, but since then I eat as many raw fruits and vegetables as I can, with fresh raw juice as a supplement, and that is still pretty good, but not as awesome as the fast.

I also try to avoid refined carbs and preservatives. They give me heartburn and make it harder to think somehow. I also own a vitamix and my favorite recipe is 3 apples, 3 peeled oranges and 4 handfuls of baby spinach. It's green, thick, and smooth, and has a nice citrus/sweet taste, makes a great breakfast!
