Hi All, Just here to rant..

Feeling a lot low, and emotionally needy. Took a couple of days off telling my employer that I am ill(feeling bad about this).

Have no one to talk to here. Parents are manipulative. Not in an intimate relationship(have never been). Friends do not comprehend etc.

I have been independent(fending/living) alone from around 7 years. Feel like I am all alone. I have several hobbies. Not able to concentrate on any of them.

Do not know why, but feeling too bad(needy?) emotionally(add to it I am super horny :( from a couple of days).

I am doing really well career wise. Definitely doing way, way better than my peers. Also, have a company which I am about to start with 3 employees right now. So at-least happy about this.

I live alone with a dog(he is a rescue and he is wonderfully playful. He is still a kid).

Feel like a huge void inside of me.

Regards.

Taking a few days off is probably a good idea. When I hit those, a day or two of vegging/napping puts me back to rights. :)

Why are you feeling so low? I would be on a "high" if I were in your position.

I think "reality testing" is in order. Maybe taking a few days off is a good idea. Maybe you're overworked?

You are feeling low presumably from a lack of close and loving human relationships. Also a lack of sexual relationship of any kind. Since you have a dog I'd mention that exercise does as much to help mood as rest does. Or both. I'd go for a long hike in nature with my dog, and then rest.

Ha Ha Thank you. Not overworked, had work for an hour just now due to some emergency.

I think what MollyTroubletail mentions is probably right.

You probably are right. Let me try to get some exercise, as hiking is not possible here.

Thanks!
