This sub-forum has gone too far from its key topic-Autism, and I'll present the latest finding in this field.

Not long ago, scientists developed a mini brain model, and all the necessary neurons are contained. It will be used as a living model for Autism as well as many other neuron diseases studies. Most importantly, the model can replace the animals for drug testing. But I was wondering the limits of the types that the drug can be tested.

Strictly 'autism' posts tend to go in 'General Autism Discussion' or 'Autism Politics, Activism, and Media Representation'. The rest are mostly areas for topics for people with autism (or their family).

That may be one of the reasons that forum is called wrong planet. BTW, you can get more information on the mini brain by searching this article ‘Mini-brains’ could revolutionise drug research and reduce animal use" I'm sorry for this as I'm afraid that a link may make me banned.
