I'm a guy in my 40s but my voice sounds like a teenager.

For me it's the opposite. I'm 17 but have a deep monotone voice that makes others think I am much older.

I have a weird sounding high baritone range voice; it is quite expressive too. Sometimes, I talk in a tenor range. I'm not certain if it sounds young or not, however.

Sometimes and sometimes not. My voice goes up and down a lot. I'm not sure why.

My very ASish friend who just turned 36 sounds like a teenaged boy...Though a long time ago, when he used to call to talk to my roommate, I used to always think it was my roommate's mom calling. His voice goes higher and sounds more feminine at times. He really does get intonations that sound similar to a male version my own voice.

My (arguably ASish) partner Flakey has a sort of high youthful voice as well. He sounds either like Jim Henson or Shaggy from Scooby Doo.

the only thing about me that seems my age is my voice.

i have what people call a "snooty" voice and i do not sound like a child. what i say is immature, but i say it like an adult.

My aunt cannot tell my voice on the phone from that of her grandchildren. That's how young I sound.

I have a high-pitched voice for a 29-year-old.

I think I sound like a teenager. Sometimes I will talk in a higher pitched voice and I sound like a child.

A lot of people told me they thought I was a teenager (at the phone), but I'm 39.
It's weird but sometimes my voice changes and turns into a real middle aged man voice, my real voice I think. It happens when I am very relaxed and in a better mood (what hardly happens).
