How to seek help in Germany?

I am an American living in Germany. Are there any Germans or anyone who lives in Germany who has been diagnosed with autism? How does one go about the process?

I know not everyone here may take an online autism spectrum quotient seriously but I think it should be a good place to start and then seek out professional help. I scored a 42 out of a possible 50.
