I feel like I basically wasted 10 years of my life by doing nothing except collecting SSI for my Mom to be in control of as my payee and have her take care of me like a child for 30 years. It makes me depressed and worried about my future. :(

You seem like a sharp guy with a flair for expressing himself and quite the imagination. Perhaps you could do something creative? Join a local book club, or start one? Think of the first 30 years as "training wheels" for your badass bike of life :jester:

Well my Vedic astrology chart did have some planets in my favor. Saturn and Rahu in my 10th Tenth of Career with my Capricorn Ascendant for my Birth Chart, and in my Navamsa chart which comes into play after my 30's I also have Mars and Jupiter in my 10th House which is also excellent.

It seems like what currently holds me back on my birth chart is Ketu in my 4th House of the mother. My mom is the one who never allowed me to unlock my potential using my disability as an excuse.

The first half of my life was shrouded in darkness with poverty thanks to Sun and Moon in my first house. Once it passes perhaps the skies the limit for me? :chin:

be aware that there will come a time when you have to spread your wings, you will have no other choice.

If my mother won't push me out the nest then the universe will. I just hope I don't end up in another group home. :|

I think my 20s were like most people's teens...drifting and confused. From what I've seen on this site, that's not uncommon for people like us.

Drifting and confused like a teen... When I'm supposedly at least a young professional...?

Makes sense to me. :o

And standards from where I lived are more screwed, since my generation consists of graduating college as young as 15 and working afterwards.
Younger and without any degree, if fate said so.
I cannot imagine myself doing it, barely imagine myself doing it now.

For some reason, 30 hit me really, REALLY hard. I think society tells us that 30 is the end of being carefree and it's time to get serious about life. I'm sure there are plenty of examples of people who didn't have that attitude, though.

You are in charge of the steam engine that pulls your caboose my friend. Find a way to motivate yourself.
