Does anyone know of any personality tests other than Meyers-Briggs?

I am specifically looking for one that would allow me to discover who *I* am (as opposed to ones that are geared toward things like career assessment, "perfect match" in terms of dating, etc.)

If you find any Tim, would you mind sharing them? Thank you.

I'm not too sure I've heard of many others either. I'd be interested to know what type most of the people here are... I read somewhere that INTP's are more likely to be aspie... anyone know if this is substantiated?

Would the MMPI-2 test be considered a personality test? It measures a lot of things. I despise that test. I swear no matter what you answer on it you always get a bad score. I've taken it twice and got completely different results neither of which I agreed with.

There's the 'Big Five Personality' test.

http://www.outofservice.com/bigfive/

It measures:
Openness to Experience/Intellect
Conscientiousness
Extraversion
Agreeableness
Neuroticism

MMPI-1&2 are the biggie tests, like 600 questions long, that neuropsychologists use to tell people what is "wrong" with them. Like if you say you'd rather not go to a party they label you with avoidant personality. If you hear things others don't hear then you're schizo, not one with good hearing. The test is fraught with assumptions and errors, but its so popular that police depts and other employers use it to screen out potential employees.

Of course not. I was just wanting to see who I was from an analytical point of view.
