In this new article in the Guardian, Gary Numan tells he was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome at the age of 15 (in 1973):

Not the least bit surprised to hear that about Gary Neuman, he was one of my favorite artists in the early 80s. :D

How did he get the diagnosis back then when AS wasn't around until 1994?

Must be a mistake on the reporters part, since when has a reporter gotten the facts straight.
