I thought it was funny.
Comedy is a tough thing to master. To me, it's not about who's being "attacked", but the writers' ability to catch something (irony, a contradiction or coincidence) that may not be obvious to everyone but is funny once pointed out. In other words, grasp the essence of a situation. Imitating the plain obvious won't cut it.
"My brother has ADHD, which is funny because he drives a Ford Focus."
"Why isn't more done to decrease prejudice against arabs? Why not put an arab in an airline commercial? (changes accent) "Come fly with United Airlines. I dare you!""
