This is very good to hear. Shame her brain was scrambled for a year of her life though.

Yes. Her story was really encouraging but this whole experimental shock treatment was really upsetting.

I think this would be a good cautionary tale for anyone who is thinking about experimenting with unproven medical interventions to "cure" symptoms.

There was a while when she was producing a lot of barely legible posts with lots of intrusive letters. This post was very clean. Something big has changed, or someone else edited that. The same inconsistency in "voice"/tone/typing skill can be seen in her twitter stream:

I really hope this is not true, but I feel the same way. I've read all of Carly's posts.. this doesn't feel like her.

I don't know what to believe in this case, about the original typing thing or the current being back from not being able to type thing.

Could be faked, but why would someone do that? What would be gained?
