United Nations questionnaire on COVID-19 and human rights
Twelve United Nations special procedures (Special Rapporteurs, Independent Experts, Working Groups) appointed by the UN Human Rights Council are planning separate thematic reports on COVID-19 to be submitted to the HRC and the UN General Assembly. To gather information, they have released a joint questionnaire of 17, 19, or 20 pages (English, Spanish, and French, respectively):

French: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dZaB3U ... AoZZb/view
Spanish: https://drive.google.com/file/d/19lr18- ... iaFyc/view
Please note that neither the Special Rapporteur on the right to health nor the Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities are among these twelve Special Procedures. Both their mandates end in 2020. There are still questions on persons with disabilities particularly in the general part of the questionnaire, presumably to provide some information to the SR on disability's successor, but there are no additional special questions regarding persons with disabilities (unlike for other vulnerable groups covered by the twelve participating Special Procedures). This is of course disappointing.
Deadline: 19 June 2020
