The movement is basically one to establish a city oriented towards autists, rejecting assimilation into allistic society/the use of eugenics, instead favoring peaceful separation (not complete, of course). I expect many criticisms of such a concept and I’ll do my best to address them in the replies.
If anyone is seriously interested in this concept, I recommend you join our Discord server here:

IDK man that city aint going to happen in a trump presidency, but that is not why I sorta disagree with the concept like trump will shut down anything he doesn't like. But idk I have autism and my partner is not autistic, so like no way would I leave him to join an autist only community, also I am not convinced other autistic people would not bother me. Maybe I wouldn't like how they chew, how they sleep and what happens if I simply dont get along with the other autistics, Idk I think it is important to have different kinds of people. LIke if all us autistics form our own island what if with the feedback loop we even lose the ability to communicate with outsiders and just become our own gross xenophobic culture...I don't like that idea.
But I guess long story short I don't really agree with your idea.

A town for high functioning aspies could work and I wouldn’t be against any such thing in principle.
I wouldn't see it as a town for High-Functioning Aspies but rather as a town a lot of HFAs happen to choose to live in.

like not really giving much thought to autists who require support in order to function
At a point where we are developed enough, we plan to introduce medical care for autists who require support so all autists can immigrate
Much of the support FE mentioned isn't medical. Who exactly is going to train all these support staff?
A viable alternative to a city (let's be realistic it's never going to happen) is perhaps a commune or retreat for people with autism. Such places can have a mix of permanent residents and itinerant/transient population and visitors who come to get together with other autists.

I personally think that an autistic focused building or neighborhood or HOA would be more feasible, but the whole thing seems rather problematic and just having an HOA or green book equivalent for friendly places of business would make far more sense in a practical sens.

Something like that. If Elon Musk wants to do something constructive for his fellow autists (rather than goosestepping and throwing Nazi salutes) he could divert 1% of his wealth and your dream would come true.

If is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that sentence. Elon Musk seems much more concerned about soothing his own insecurities than doing anything that actually benefits humanity. Everything he does seems to be driven by a need for positive feedback.

Probably, there certainly is a strong case for him being an actual narcissist or psychopath. He almost drove both Tesla and Twitter out of business due to his ego and they both could still go under.
