Although I would never personally encourage such a decision, I can certainly feel sympathy for an individual woman who may feel overwhelmed.
But that does
not mean I have
any use for the eugenicists who do everything they can to influence such choices, such as the medical doctors specifically recommending abortions. It is no accident that, before eugenics went underground, many of its greatest supporters were doctors.
An individual choice - whatever my personal opinion of it - is one thing. An organised effort to secure a certain result is another.
