People are just going to keep blaming autism on different things because they want to remove it so badly. This is not fully the end.

Wishful thinking. It's a great ruling, but it won't stop the idiots from being idiots.

If there is causal relationship, it should show up here.

That's the problem. There is a correlation between vaccines & autism, they happen at the same time, but it's not a causal relationship.

Actually, they are not correlated. There is no statistically significant difference in autism rates between vaccinated and unvaccinated children.

I mean there's a temporal correlation. They happan at about the same time.

Technically true, but that's probably the weakest sort of correlation you can find. Post hoc ergo propter hoc is a much worse heuristic than conflating correlation with causation.

The essential cause of these so called links all lead back to the same thing, and that is media science. The media have a habit of sensationalising things whether true or not, the fact is that there is no link between vaccines and autism, but this doesn't matter when there are newspapers to sell and ratings to grab. Take the UK MMR vaccine, the original study the media based everything on was completely flawed and proved NOTHING, but of course as soon as an untrained journalist got hold of it, it was blown out of all proportion. You could even say it was a media hoax, but then people say "oh but you can't blame the media", why not? is it OK that the media print and report what essentially are lies? :?
