Society employs people because they're good at math, science, and computers, not because they're autists.

And you probably don't realize this, but implying that the "NT world" is unskilled with scientific pursuits is kind of offensive.

I don't worry about offending people with their own privilege. It's not offensive to state that there are some common (not standard) strengths that come with autism. It's not offensive to rightly state that people without autism aren't as likely to have them.

Perhaps, but saying that NT people simply doesn't have math, science, and computer skills is no where close to the truth. And it doesn't really matter unless you have a high enough percentage of autists who have advanced skills in those subjects.

Oh trust me we do have the stats to proove that we are good and succeed in the feilds of Math Sciene and Computers look up how NT compare to the Aspies and the apsies will be the ones that come out on top. We have tunal vison most NTs do not posses this skill set.

I think the media sees us as a disorder to awww at, or at least that's how they portray us. I've seen so many documentaries where the commentator reminds the audience that the subject has AS and what they find hard, every time the subject speaks or is doing errands.

I'm pretty sick of the word "disorder". I know many aspies will share my desire to keep things quite orderly, which is certainly more than can be said for many NTs I know.
I actually find it a little confusing that we're the ones with the disorder. Many NTs are a lot harder to understand, especially the ones that want to cure.

I suggest you get over your "NT vs Aspie" issues. Most people don't even know, nor care, that you have Aspergers.

Aspie-elitism is pretty gross (one of the many reason I id as an autistic person instead)
But there is a lot of discrimination, misinformation, and abuse and guess who is on each side of that equation.
Some of have been through some pretty nasty stuff for being seen as defective, it's kind of natural to rage against a class of people that is implicit in your marginalization.

More of a reason to get over those issues.

Hint: If you don't want people to treat you like you're crazy, don't develop delusions of persecution.

Isn't something like 90% of NASA aspie/autistic? NT society would be lost without us!

Unless you work for NASA, don't take credit for other peoples' work. You did nothing to contribute to NASA.
