I don't understand. Do you mean that "defending from an accusation" is seen as an undesirable act? And what do you call "this sick game"?

I've experienced that too, especially in school. Teachers would constantly tell me to 'stop bringing up the past' or 'revenge is never the answer' when I'm just trying to defend myself against slander. Ridiculous!

Defending ones self against an accusation generally is viewed as acceptable. What I'm saying is that after they have accused you of something, you are basically barred from accusing them of any wrongdoing (even when its true).

Also, I used the term "this sick game" to get at the fact that many people who initiate these accusations view it as a "game," where their sole purpose is to make your life as miserable as possible.
