That is a blanket statement. All blanket statements are false... even this one...

My point is that you have NO WAY to know what another person feels, let alone a manager...

Did anyone in the school administration even bother to conduct a thorough investigation on why this happened? If he does this to an autistic person, would he even do that to someone that is NT?

School coaches tend to be overly rough with students, physically. It's like a hallmark or something. All of the coaches in my HS (high school) were like that, though I never saw them rough handle anyone for no good reason, and never out of anger.
