By the time I was diagnosed with autism I was already fired.

If you were agitated at the time, he might have felt threatened.

I should have seeked my Bosses resignation on grounds that he was a bigot unfit for duty.

There goes the major corporate leaders (sarcasm, because most major corporate leaders, or even bosses, are bigots because of their power)

Managers feel that they are entitled to guaranteed jobs while at the same time they have the power to fire their subordinates at will.

That is a blanket statement. All blanket statements are false... even this one...

My point is that you have NO WAY to know what another person feels, let alone a manager...

If you were agitated, and undiagnosed, he may have felt threatened...

Did anyone in the school administration even bother to conduct a thorough investigation on why this happened? If he does this to an autistic person, would he even do that to someone that is NT?

School coaches tend to be overly rough with students, physically. It's like a hallmark or something. All of the coaches in my HS (high school) were like that, though I never saw them rough handle anyone for no good reason, and never out of anger.
