I'm sorry that happened. I feel like being disabled in this way makes you an outsider to any community.

I’m going to be brave and say that I like the word ‘woke’ and I think I like the goals.

And if some young activists make a mess of things, so be it. Just don’t put that on me.

Indeed, woke, woken, awake might just translate back into Pali or Sanskrit as Buddha.

I'm mostly just saying that being on the spectrum is isolating regardless of who you are, in terms of racial, sexual, or religious identity.

Oh, I gotcha. Thank you for clarifying. You seem young in chronological years, yet wise beyond your years.

I honestly did not know what you meant by that & I am 33 years of chronological age.
