God freaking lord, why the HELL would someone do that? Why would they be so inclined to bring Nazi Germany back on autistic people?

She's abusing the system big time. Just because she's the mother of somebody does NOT mean she can abuse the system to get her way. And why the hell is she trying to do it on more than a personal level? Why does she want the law providing limited rights? Why does she think these things? Why is she such a Nazi?
And my biggest question of all is:


WHAT makes a disabled person less inclined to vote than a regular person???

Maybe she just didn't want her son to vote for Obama.

The person in question here is not autistic, though. He has Cerebral Palsy, which is a physical disability. I don't know how anyone is able to pull off saying this B.S. that someone with CP is mentally incapable. Some of those with autism can also be classified as mentally ret*d, but even then its only a minority of those who are on the spectrum. Doesn't matter anyway since a lot of "normal" people can be quite dumb at times. Being disabled does not automatically make one mentally challenged or deficient despite popular belief to the contrary. They deserve the same rights and respect as everyone else.

Probably, which is why there needs to be more legal protections against such abuse. He needs someone to advocate for him and help him gain as much independence as possible. His mother needs to have her guardianship revoked if that is at all possible.

Instead of a law to restrict anyone's right to vote, there needs to be laws that will make systemic and civil rights abuse against the disabled totally illegal, preferably a criminal offense.
