Google Displaying Offensive Ads for 'Autism' keyword

I don't think it is google that offends me as much as some of the organizations being portrayed. In that case, it isn't google's fault, but the individual organizations and websites at fault. I don't like CAN and I feel offended to see it, but it isn't google's fault. It is CAN I hold the grudge towards...not google.

BTW I use opera and it seems to block out most of those ads automatically. Firefox can block ads too, although it doesn't work well on my computer.
