This is but one example of why Millie gets my vote for Solid Gold Awesomeness. I wish there was an easier way we could just "be there" and not have to go through the process of making the mistakes. Learning can be quite a struggle. 'Specially since I'm gettin' older and creakier :)

ut oh, better get some Omega3 fish oils into your system. I also take lecithin to avoid all those creaks. I eat Spectrum brand because it does not 'repeat' on me. Look for it in the natural foods section of your local Freddy's.

If you take flax seed capsules you get the omega 3's, 6's and 9's all in the one little parcel. good for creaks...and good for the brain. i notice a distinct difference in my thinking processes when i take them regularly.

I ran out of capsules, so I added some ground flax seed to my cereal. I buy them in a bulk foods store, and grind them in my blender.

That's so impressive and encouraging, Merle!

I'm interested in getting involved with AS/autism advocacy here in AZ. Any suggestions?

Great speech, Merle! Very well done. I liked how you mentioned the environmental benefits of eLearning, seeing as we live in such an environmentally-friendly state. :)
