So a high school dropout that has worked at McDonalds his entire life should be given equal chance of leading a manned flight to Mars as a man that has achieved a Ph.D in the relevant field?

I think even for high functioning aspies that's the long shot.Maybe autistic babies because they are quieter.I don't really see any benefits besides the sometimes benefit of intelligence.People hating me at school or having meltdowns hasn't been a pleasant experience.
