I consider it thin ice when a person has as their name the word of a Noweigan black metal band whose leader is an avowed follower of neo-nazism is asking me to prove what is evident.

That is a bit on the unfair side, I listen to and enjoy the band Burzum.....and from what I have read the dude is not exactly a neo-nazi. He does have some extreme veiws and served 20 years in prison for a fight that ended in him killing the opponent. But that does not really ruin the artistic abilities.

I do disagree with what that poster initially said, but its best to remain civil unless a good reason not to presents itself.

I have been fired twice without the employer having any idea I had any form autism. So how do you explain that if NT's are supposedly persecuting people with AS specifically? Obviously they are fine with firing what the percieve to be NT's as well.

Just way over the top (exaggerations). The so called Neurotypicals or least some of them devised the autism diagnoses to help people out of compassion. A minority of which that are pricks do not define the others who are not. People that believe this nonsense set themselves up for social and political failure. The world-view presented is both unreasonable and does not obtain feasible resolutions in advocacy but instead creates more problems for individuals with autism socially and politically.

A bit on the unfair side? Have you lost your sense if perspective? The guy is actually a neo-nazi and furthermore an admirer of Vidkun Quisling. I didn't even mention artistic abilities, the uality of Burzum's music, I was saying he was an extremist linked to extremists.

Ok well I guess I would have to look into that, either way I do not dislike the music created by Burzum...its a little unfair to accuse someone of being a neo-nazi when they have not indicated they are one...and even so nothing I have read on the dude proves he is without a doubt what one would call a neo-nazi.......either way where did the poster Burzum indicated he was a neo-nazi......its just a heavy accusation that people should be careful with in my opinion.

Ci is correct in that there are reasonable bosses who will give autistics reasonable accomadation in the workplace. Unfortunately this does not do the autistic any good except to buy him time. Compasionate bosses still have to answer to their big bosses and sooner or later the big boss will ask the little boss why the autistic was hired and why the autistic is still working rather than being fired. The big boss will then accuse the little boss of not doing his job which of course means firing the autistic worker.

And you propose that the "autistic" (disorder label person) cannot do their job? The disorder prevents this in the long-term as well? Seems stereotypical. I'm getting fed up with pride-mites stereotyping society, people with autism by calling them disorder labels and indicating the is no hope and especially assuring no hope with poorly devised public relations approaches like calling others bigots and making compassion out of pity by their cliques elite. You folks will answer to the nonsense sooner then later that I can guarantee.

A lot of workers and bosses have their own issues at work. For example a coworker or a boss could be an alcoholic. Being insecure about his job the alcoholic has a field day when he sees an autistic worker. An alcoholic coworker will constantly report to his supervisor any mistake the autistic worker makes and will recommend that the autistic worker be fired because he is in his own little world therefore he is unaware and a danger to himself and others. The reason why the insecure alcoholic oppresses the autistic is that he knows that alcohol impairs his ability to perform his job safely.

Most workers know very well about discrimination and equality issues in society. I think you need to re-think your positions. Where is the other end of it with a positive balance to it. Everyone has issues whether small or big but it doesn't mean they take it out on others. Having autism does not mean you should take it out on society but that does not make society in of itself incapable of changing as well. More balance and you will be effective and and not counter productive in advocacy.

There is no evidence that the poster knowingly supported an individual that happens to be a music artists in their philosophies. It can be commonly contributed that music fans will utilize phrases, names and symbols of their favorite music. So as long as that music is not obviously hatred or mentioning a term like Nazi as in to support it their seems to be no evidence that the individual other then liking the music is of the same philosophy of what the artists is purported as being outside of their music career.

It is however obviously headache music. The person singing sounds like they are in the act of dieing from a horrible boredom. If not them then a cow has been hit by a simi-truck.

It is a heavy accusation that has been applied to the right person. Scapegoating, scaremongering and typecasting. These are all things Burzum can be accused of. Just because they didn't say that they are something it doesn't mean that they are not. As for evidence, I think the point of neo-nazis is their use of tactics such as those described above rather than whether they support Hitler.

More effect will be made to counter arguments by avoiding the overused "your a Nazi" accusations. I don't agree with the poster under that name. Yet still to overcome the arguments it just requires balanced reasoning and argument.

Oh yay, so now we are just switching lies are we? Aren't you just making up absurd exaggerations that are harder to prove so people might believe them out of doubt? I think so. I doubt many large company bosses are likely going to hammer down on someone because they are Autistic or something.

I think you misunderstand. Let's stay on topic here instead. Right now we are talking about calling others Nazi's and how that social strategy has been overused and rendered uneffective even counter-productive to the benefit of those whom are called it and their philosophies.

What? Again this is absurd rubbish that makes no logical sense. because a person is alcoholic they are more likely to get an autistic person fired? Isn't this again just an attempt to pave over personal motivations and say that all people will do the same thing all the time? Your comments are disgraceful attempts to drum up resentment for absurd reasons.
