Hi all,

watching the latest episode in the current season of Top Gear (season 14, episode 5) i was pleased to see that Stephen Wiltshire was featured as part of the Top Gear team's effort to bring art of the motoring variety to the Mima Gallery in Middlesbrough. :)

Stephen is a one-of-a-kind savant! Very proud he's featured 8) And to show Autism can be positive. Without, we wouldn't have our beautiful art, not to mention advances in science (e.g., Theory of Relativity, Gravity, Poincare Conjecture solved, robotics, diamagnetics, etc). And our Wrong Planet inhabitants :D

He was somewhat cool - even Jeremy Clarkson sounded impressed.

And I still think James May is one of us :)

I know, right?

Easily one of my favorite shows on television (even though I only get the edited-for-commercials episodes that air on BBC America) even though I have very little interest in cars. Nice to know that Wiltshire was on there.

Not true. He's done some other work as well, and he started out doing cityscapes as he imagined them after an earthquake.
