Hey, has anyone here heard of Active Minds? It's an international collegiate organization that is dedicated to informing the public about mental and psychological disorders in an effort to reduce the stigma associated with them.

Anyways, they usually concentrate on things like schizophrenia, eating disorders, bipolar, etc., but I think they may have had a few things to say about autism. I'm a member of the local chapter at University of Wyoming, and I've been trying to get the group to do something in April for autism awareness.

Oh, and while we're on the subject, take a look at this:

U of Wyoming Active Minds website

This is the new website for the UW chapter. I thought I'd share because it was created by yours truly, in my first attempt at web design. Check it out!

I tried to join Active Minds at my college, but they only seem to meet at stupid times; like right in the middle of classes. I can't imagine who they expect to attend...
