A blogger that goes by the pseudonym of Socrates, is apparently being sued for libel. I haven't been able to get much detail but it seems to be something about a blog-post he made on his blog The New Republic about a thread that was deleted on Wrong Planet, criticising Autism Speaks. His blog seems to be deleted, I can't access it via google cache any more. I don't know who is doing the suing, but I think Autism Speaks might be behind it. Here are some links:

The blog you linked to tells you who's doing the suing, it's nothing to do with WrongPlanet or a thread on WrongPlanet at all: http://autisticsspeak.wordpress.com/201 ... -republic/

I didn't notice that. I just found that the blog was missing. So, this whole thing was about a doctor suing him for making a video?

People are just way too sue-happy anymore...
