Not that one should have their hopes up, however the US Justice Department has initiated an investigation of the Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (AKA JRC) under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

This is epic, epic win. I am glad about how they're framing the issue, too. I'm going to ask the person I know at the Massachusetts Disability Law Center what he knows about this. I hope this works out.
