One of the challenges I've faced in the past was supporting people who turned out to be only about 10% right.

At the time I began supporting them, I thought that they would slowly adjust to new data and new information coming out in the field but it turned out that, rather than supporting the new data which was accurate, they hung on to the old data which was not completely correct.

This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, so to speak, where I simply decided I would not play politics with people who would not adjust to the new and correct information in the field.
