I attend this institution. Their best idea of informing the public about autism is showing a screening of rain man. Wish I was joking.

Autism Awareness Movie Viewing
Date Thursday, April 07, 2011
Time 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Location Anspach: room 155
Details In recognition of April being Autism Awareness Month we will be showing RainMan in Anspach 155 from 6:30-8:30pm.

No. I feel like I would waste my breath, watch them fake smiles while they think "when will this ret*d shut up" and they'll play it anyway. This school is run by frat boys on meth.

They really are going to show Rain Man as an 'aid' to "Autism Awareness"? If that isn't a symptom of a psychological disorder, it ought to be! :x

I wonder if anyone in the press has noticed...

Actually, I think there are frat boys on meth who could do better than that. Not all of them, maybe, but most of them.

have you ever watched Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds?

like where Shosanna replaces the Germans film with one of her own?

i was thinking that sort of idea :P
