people will always make fun of us. they will take advantage of us every opportunity they get. it is an inevitable fact of life that people will torture us, restrain us, abuse us, write articles to defame us, take our money, prevent us from marrying, take our children, put us in ineffective programs, get us high on drugs in hospitals, kill us, maim us. these are only the things i can think of off the top of my head, but you get the point. the trouble is that there is no way out. our symptoms brand us and people notice, then they think we are weak. every type of profiteer sees us as a target. that is why we have all these quack cures, asylum doctors who rape and kill, and journalists who call us psychopaths to boost readership of their newspapers.
Unfortunately, in this world of ours, there are a lot of people who seek to make your life miserable because they are unhappy. People tend to hold a natural curiosity toward people who are quiet, do their work, and seem to have very few problems. Often-times, they can't understand how you can be satisfied with your life when you appear to have less education, money, and status than they do. As a result, you become a target because your values are not mainstream or inline with their own expectations.
Neuro-typicals carry a different sort of baggage than Autistics do. They are constantly fighting to adjust to a FALSE ToM or the assigning of false beliefs and false expectations to others in relation to themselves. False ToM is what drives the Neuro-typical mindset in experiments involving social motivation.
