An 18 year old with autism, Andre McCollins, was strapped down and tortured with electric shocks for 7 HOURS at a Massachusetts "school" for special needs kids. Why was he treated so? He wouldn't take off his jacket. Seriously.

He has permanent brain damage.

Words cannot describe how disgusted I am. There is a petition to tell MA legislators to make this illegal. I would have thought the Geneva Convention would have covered this, but apparently not.

I cannot even begin....
