It's International Autism Acceptance Year (2012-2013) and many people are joining in, initiating new events and writing articles and blog posts. I will post everything I can find on the Autism Acceptance Day blog.

I'm celebrating Autism Acceptance Day by being myself and listening to The Kinks. I also have my orange plastic ribbon on my balcony ledge and my rainbow slinky hanging from a double hook that's meant to carry potted plants. I knew that I had to do something when my mum and I drove by a house that had all blue lights outside in the fixtures where the clear ones usually are. I'm brightening it up orange, instead of lighting it up blue.

I've been wearing my Neurodiversity t-shirt, and posting online, trying to promote Autism Awareness.
