Go to 58 seconds.

His mother says, "Oh mummy, when I marry my wife will be young and beautiful, I think you should stay in an old people's home."

Is that a symptom of Talha's asperger syndrome ?

Is it insensitive to his old mother who is ageing and should be sent to an old people's home ?

No.
It seems to me that he's making a small joke implying that when he marries, his wife will look after him instead of his mother and she will become 'redundant'.

On the clip at 00:49, immediately before the part you're quoting, she says: "When we sit together, he tried to make us happy ... and he has a very good sense of humour. Like, such as thing: Oh mummy when I marry (...)"
His mother laughs as she tells this, so she clearly understands it as a joke too.

Prosecute the son of a b***h, but get it over with.

Frankly, I'm sick of hearing about this man. His Asperger's is irrelevant to this case. If the evidence is watertight, send him down.

You can't know if it's relevant or not, being neither a qualified professional nor involved with the case - but that's not to say it might or should be used as an excuse either. It could still be an important factor without being used as an excuse.
As to the second part - definitely. Like Guantanamo, if there is enough evidence for a case then get on with making it or let him go.

If, If, If. Where's the evidence?

Whatever happened to Habeas Corpus and the right to a fair trial in Britain? There are plenty of UKIPpers who are disgusted with the extradition and believe that he has the right to be tried in Britain, and if found guilty, jailed in Britain. Tequila's views are actually out on a limb. I know of no other member of UKIP who has openly concluded that Talha Ahsan is guilty. If you know of any then please tell us who they are.

I find the lengthy pre-trial detention suspicious because if the evidence was watertight then the Americans could have had him in court and in jail before 2012 had ended.
