The trial of Babar Ahmad and Talha Ahsan has been moved from from October 2013 to March 2014.

I think, the moved is designed to get a plea bargain.

If Talha Ahsan gets sentence of 15 years, he will have served 7 years 8 months including 1 years 5 months in solitary confinement, Babar Ahmad will have served 9 years 7 months, Talha Ahsan can be repatriated to freedom.

What state will he be in ?

As the people responsible for commanding the Latin American dirty wars are responsible for this no one can claim to be surprised...

What I don't understand is where this terabyte of data comes from. To the best of my knowledge all the data the prosecutors have is on two floppy disks from a desk in Babar Ahmad's house. They contain secret military information leaked by Hassan Abu-Jihaad about locations of US Navy ships and details of his court trial.

Something strange is going on. The US authorities have had more than enough time to process the data they have. I was actually expecting the trials of Babar and Talha to be completed and the verdict reached before Theresa May had made her decision on whether or not to extradite Gary McKinnon. Have the lawyers commented yet?

This might not be the only delay before the trial. It is quite possible that the prosecutors will give him a choice of pleading guilty and taking a 10 year sentence or waiting indefinitely for a trial until the 'evidence' is prepared that he might not live long enough to ever see. I'm assuming that the contents of the azzam website did not break any of the British laws against terrorism or it could have been used as evidence to put him trial in the UK.

Talha Ahsan, might not survive until any trial. I think, they will give him a sentence of around 15 years, he can be repatriated because he will served 7 years 8 months.

Does Fnord know something about this case that I don't know? How did you arrive at your guilty verdict unless you happen to be in possession of evidence that is not in the public domain?

I'm sure he has had access to special evidence unknown to anyone else but a few powerful Israeli Zionists.

I don't want guesswork. I want facts.

I also want to make Tequila aware that there are fully paid up members of UKIP (who are not Muslims) who have campaigned for Talha Ahsan and support his repatriation to the UK. Extradition to the United States flies in the face of Habeas Corpus and the right to a fair trial in a British court.
