Petition to protect mute/autistic children!

Hello! While I haven't been on this site before, I know there are people here that can help us out:

My mom made a petition to protect people who can't talk/cannot communicate well from sexual predators, by doing investigations on those accused of doing such things to kids who can't tell anyone. The reason this petition was made was because my severely-autistic brother wen't through this exact scenario, and we (My mother and I) wanted to make sure no other kids would suffer from this.

All I'm asking is that you take a few minutes of your time to sign this petition. It would mean the world to me, my family, my brother, and all the kids this would save.

Here's a particular video of my brother spinning a silicone disc thing. I've seen him several times walking around while it's spinning like it's no big deal. Every single time I try it, it falls on the ground, catches fire, and the souls of the damned mock me for my incompetence.

He's wearing the headphones because his hearing is extremely sensitive, along with his other senses (You should see him eating bacon. Oh my god, he just hums and closes his eyes like it's the best thing he's ever eaten.)
