That's just sick. Of the nine kids that were in special ed, I wonder what the other 13 were? I wonder if those two other kids were also special needs or just normal kids who were loners?

I am glad one police department stopped doing it because it wasn't helping and it was just targeting special needs kids and destroying their lives not making it any better nor their families. Just as I thought, the police are lazy so they target the vulnerable. It just tells me to not ever be desperate for friends and not to trust anyone who tell you to do something illegal and won't take no for an answer, if they dump you, fine. Let them go. Who needs that friend? Don't ever break the law when told so.
