I signed.

There are no studies on the outcomes in later decades - when former child recipients realise as adults what was done to them and how parents and society betrayed them - what happens to that adult rage? How is it expressed? Self harm? Revenge harm perpetrated on others?

There are no thorough longitudinal studies of comprehensive adult impacts at all.

Gold standard - and pigs fly
Evidence based -whose evidence would that be? Who benefits from producing and pushing that evidence sugarcoated erroneously (by Autism Speaks and its adherents) as "gold standard". -and more pigs fly

I signed both petitions. I myself am thinking of trying to get my son back from his father. I might still tell the court that my son's father and I are autistic (that his autism causes certain communication difficulties but mine doesn't) but I'm also going to lecture the court on how autism is just as good as neurotypicality.

Signed.

Can't say I have much confidence, unfortunately.
