I don't like it because it's by Autism Speaks.

If I recall correctly, AS didn't invent it, they just kinda took over it. I got a bit excited when I saw some of my favorite places, but kinda apprehensive because the countries don't always have the best reputation for being tolerant.

The blue light looks very pretty - but then you remember the connection with Autism Speaks, and somehow
it loses its appeal.

Blue is my favorite color and to have it associated with Autism Speaks is a downer.

I have not seen any information that Autism Speaks did not create it.

What Autism Speaks did not create with the puzzle piece. That was invented by the then Society of Autistic Children in the '60's

I'd rather flash my head blue than light it up blue.

Blue lights bug out my eyes. It makes some people a bunch of money in donations I suppose.

Is there a market for selling blue t-shirts?
