Saw an article earlier on my Facebook from BBC News about a cafe in the UK strictly manned by Autistic Teenagers. I looked at this and thought this is a terrible idea. When I was a teenager I would have found this patronising and refused to take part. What I also thought was they are suppose to help Autistic Teenagers make there way into the real world. I think this is encouraging segregation, it is showing them up.

I think it is better for an Autistic Teenager if introduced to the world of work to be put into a placement where there is a good balance of people also plenty of neurotypicals around.

What I thought was a bit sad was how many people reacted with a heart and commented how great the idea is.
